Getting Started

WONDRx is an in-clinic digital solution that converts your handwritten prescription into a digital format instantly. You write on Smart Rx Paper using a Digital Pen, and the data is captured in real time without needing to type.

Each kit includes:

  • WONDRx Digital Pen with USB cable
  • 10 pen refills
  • 1,000 Customized Smart Rx Papers
  • Unlimited Sms message 
  • Cloud storage

    *This is a standard offering. Customised packages will vary.

The Smart Rx Paper has a unique printed pattern that works with the Digital Pen to capture handwriting. It cannot be printed or replaced with normal paper.

The tablet runs the WONDRx Doctor App. Through the app, you can access digitized prescriptions, manage patient records, and helps you share educational videos or voice instructions. 

Using the Kit

Turn on the pen by rotating its grip clockwise. Open the WONDRx App, tap the pen icon, and select your pen. Wait for 2 secs to connect once connected, the pens light turns blue and the app shows the battery level.

Yes. A stable internet connection, preferably 4G or broadband with at least 15 Mbps speed, is required for proper syncing and updates.

Connect the USB cable to the pen and plug it into the tablet, laptop, or charger. Charge for about 60 minutes. Do not overcharge.

No. Only the WONDRx Digital Pen and Smart Paper can record data. Regular pens or paper will not digitize prescriptions.

  • White: Pairing mode
  • Blinking White: Pen is connected
  • Red: Put the pen to charge
  • Green: Pen is full charged

Writing Prescriptions

Patient name, mobile number, and pressing the Submit button. Without these, the prescription will not be saved.

You can use the caretaker’s number or your clinic’s number. The record can be retrieved later by searching the patient’s name.

You can record dosage or instructions for your patients so they can listen later and follow the correct schedule.

DNR stands for Do Not Record. Use it for confidential cases where you do not want a digital record stored.

Yes, if there is space left on the same sheet. Do not write on the back side, as it will not be digitized.

Ordering and Reordering

When you have around 400 pages left.

Debit or credit card, net banking, UPI, wallets, and cash on delivery for annual fee payments.

Tablet and Application

No. The tablet is restricted to the WONDRx App to maintain data security.

Check the charger and power source. Try another Android charger. If it still does not work, contact support for repair or replacement under warranty.

Prescriptions from the last 24 hours appear under the Prescription tab. Older ones can be found in the Patients tab. Records from the past 12 months are stored locally, and older ones can be accessed from your web account. We also provide the option of life time data, where you can access your Rx data anywhere, anytime.

Digital Pen

The pen is designed only for use with WONDRx prescriptions. Handle it carefully and avoid damage.

Data Security

 Yes. All data is encrypted and stored securely. Only the doctor and patient can access it

No. Data cannot be downloaded or edited by anyone else.

The data is jointly owned by the doctor and the patient. WONDRx processes and shares it only with consent, following Indian data protection laws.

Partners and Referrals

Use the Partner section in your app to invite or map them. This helps patients easily reach trusted healthcare providers.

Go to Refer a Friend in the app or email care@wondrx.com. The WONDRx team will contact the doctor directly.

Troubleshooting and Support

Check the charger, power, and Wi-Fi. If the problem continues, give a missed call to +91 84548 01234 or email: care@wondrx.com.

Warranty and Ownership

The tablet and pen come with a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects. Physical damage, water exposure, or misuse are not covered.

If unused for more than 25 days, the kit may be recalled by the WONDRx team as per policy.

Yes. Send an email to care@wondrx.com and our team will help you with promotions or listings.

Account and Profile

Open the app, tap your profile icon in the top left corner, choose Profile, then tap Edit to make changes.
Save your updates before exiting.

No. Each mobile number can be linked to only one provider account.
If you have multiple businesses, download the app on another phone and create a new profile.

You can reinstall it from the Play Store and log in with the same mobile number to get back your records. If you register with a different number, your old data will not be restored.

Data Privacy and Security

No. To protect patient privacy, data cannot be downloaded from the app.

No. You must not share or disclose any patient data.
If there is a data leak or misuse from your side, you will be held responsible.

No. Using patient data for commercial gain is strictly prohibited.
Any misuse may result in account suspension or legal action.

Prescription Management and Orders (Rx)

Go to the Transactions section and tap the Eye/View icon.
You can also click View All to see all new prescriptions or orders.

“Rx Served” means you have accepted and completed the patient’s prescription or order.
You can see all served records in the History section.

It means you didn’t view or accept the order on time.
Too many rejections may lead to temporary suspension of your account.

 Rx-Coins are digital credits used to view new prescriptions or orders.
1 Rx-Coin = 1 Prescription View.
You must have a balance of Rx-Coins to receive and process new orders.

Tap the Rx-Coins icon on your home screen to see your balance or recharge your coins.

Go to the Rx-Coins section and follow the instructions.
You can pay using cards, net banking, UPI, or wallets.

It means you have viewed the prescription but haven’t yet completed it.
Once you update the amount or mark it complete, it will move to History.

Each order or prescription has a time limit.
If you don’t view it before expiry, it becomes invalid and may be sent to another provider.

No. Each prescription or order is assigned to only one provider at a time.
If you reject or don’t view it within the given time, it may go to another provider.

Yes. Go to History → select the transaction → Claim Credit.
After review, WONDRx will return the Rx-Coins if your claim is valid.
False claims can lead to account suspension.

Payments and Fees

WONDRx does not collect payments from patients.
You will receive payment directly from the patient for your services.

The app was free for providers who joined before September 2020.
Any future subscription charges will be notified directly in the app.

No. The annual fee is non-refundable.
However, if a double payment happens, WONDRx will refund it after verification.

No. Rx-Coins are non-refundable once purchased.

Overview

The WONDRx Consumer App is your all-in-one digital healthcare companion. It helps you:

  • Digitise and store prescriptions and health records securely.
  • Order medicines and over-the-counter (OTC) products.
  • Book lab tests with home sample collection.
  • Schedule appointments with healthcare providers.
  • Access ePrescriptions, audio notes, and educational videos shared by doctors.

No. The WONDRx Consumer application for patients is completely free of charge. However, you may need to pay the respective healthcare service providers whenever you avail their services through WONDRx.

  • Connecting with nearby providers such as pharmacies, consultants, pathology centres, and home care services.
  • Placing orders for medicines or diagnostic tests and booking appointments.
  • Secure access to health records anytime.
  • Receiving ePrescriptions and listening to audio instructions from doctors.
  • Placing orders directly through the app.
  • Using the Ask AI feature to get answers to healthcare-related queries.
  • Note: Features are updated regularly, so exploring the app ensures you stay informed about the latest offerings.

Healthcare Providers

The app includes various provider categories, such as doctors, labs, scan centres, physiotherapists, dieticians, and more. Check the relevant app section for the complete list. If a category is missing, email care@WONDRx.com to request its addition.

You can view healthcare provider details after placing an order. Additionally, you can access provider information anytime in your profile under My Orders.

Health Records

Yes. You can upload health records for yourself and your family members. Records appear under your profile, are organized in folders, and you can manually add family members for easier management.

Go to the Locker section, open the patient’s folder, select the WONDRx prescription, and click the audio icon to listen. Any educational videos shared by the doctor can also be viewed from the same section.

No, the videos can only be viewed within the app and cannot be downloaded to your device.

Ordering Services

Yes. You can order medicines, book lab tests, or request services like dieticians, physiotherapists, or home nurses. Search for the provider, add items to the cart, and upload your prescription if required.

Yes. OTC products can be ordered directly through the app without a prescription. Search, add to cart, and place the order.

App Navigation

  • Home: Access top provider categories, recommended medicines and lab tests, reorder previous purchases, check notifications, and search for services.
  • Category: View all categories and order items or services from a specific category.
  • Ask AI: Ask questions about orders or healthcare records and get answers from the AI.
  • Locker: Add and store healthcare records; AI organizes them by patient name. You can also add family members’ records.
  • Profile: Edit your details, view orders, manage addresses, and access the help section.

Data Privacy

Yes. WONDRx follows strict privacy and security protocols in line with India’s Digital Personal

Data Protection Act, 2023. All personal data is securely stored and transmitted with

safeguards to protect your confidentiality.
